Rediscover your authentic Self.

Your path to purpose and belonging starts here.

So many people spend their lives feeling disconnected and unfulfilled, despite an outward appearance of success.

(And I was one of them).

Disconnection tends to creep up on us slowly, can be hard to pin down, and is easily missed. Often it shows up as a felt sense we don't have the language for: feeling like a bystander in our own lives, ticking boxes and meeting expectations that we never chose.

Some of these might feel familiar:

Mind

Body

  • You get stuck in your own looping thoughts

  • Nothing you produce ever feels quite finished, or good enough

  • To the outside world you have everything figured out

  • But inside, you're barely holding it together

  • Somewhere along the line, you've lost the thread of what you actually want

  • You wake up feeling tired and rest doesn't seem to recharge you

  • You move through your days on autopilot

  • You only notice your body when there's pain or discomfort

  • A state of feeling braced and ready for the other shoe to drop has become your default

  • You find it hard to switch off, even when you're exhausted

Welcome. I'm Thea, and I'm here to help you find clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose and fulfilment.

My work is rooted in the belief that our bodies hold a wisdom far deeper than our looping thoughts, and that true transformation doesn't come from pushing harder, but from finding stillness, tuning in and listening - inwardly.

My journey into coaching began with my postgraduate studies in human behaviour and psychology and a deep dive into traumatic stress and trauma healing. It was during my training as a Wayfinder, with Dr Martha Beck, that I began to learn about the language of the body and how the answers we seek already lie within us. This ignited my desire to empower others to move beyond the noise of expectations into a place of authentic being.

I combine trauma-informed somatic practice with evidence-based coaching to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can finally stop overthinking and start to feel truly present. We always work at your pace, honouring your unique mind and nervous system. So, whether you're navigating neurodivergence, dealing with change, or feeling like a passenger in your own life, I meet you exactly where you are with curiosity, compassion and professional accountability.

I believe that within every feeling of disconnect lies an opportunity to rediscover the vibrant truth of who we really are.

Kind words from my clients

I have so much gratitude for every person who makes the choice to share their journey with me. Here's a selection of feedback I've received (shared with permission).

"It's made a huge difference not to have this in the back of my mind anymore, that I can actually just breathe, let it go, and concentrate on what is happening in the here and now."

LB - TEACHER

"Thea is patient and gives me the space I need to gather my thoughts — something I really value as someone with ADHD. Because she never rushes me, I can find my words instead of losing my train of thought."

SdF - CREATIVITY COACH

Thank you for being my awesome coach!

Credentials

Deciding to do this kind of tender work with someone new takes real trust, and I don't take that lightly, so I want to make it easy for you to see exactly who you'd be trusting. Coaching is an unregulated industry, which means credentials and accountability are worth looking into — and even if you choose to work with someone else, I'd like you to leave here knowing what to look for.

Certified Life Coach
My first coaching qualification was achieved through Dr Martha Beck's Wayfinder Life Coach programme, a comprehensive and in-depth, 211 hour training. So many coach training programmes focus on a single coaching model, or work only with thoughts and goals; but as a Wayfinder, I learned the skills to work holistically with the whole person — mind and body, soul and emotion, rather than using a single lens to view everyone through.

ICF Accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC)

My training and practice meet the standards of the International Coaching Federation — the global body that holds coaches to high standards of ethics, competency, professionalism, and continued education. Working with an ICF-credentialed coach means you can expect a person-centred experience grounded in professional accountability.

Trauma-informed practitioner
I've studied with the Trauma Studies Institute and the Polyvagal Institute, learning directly from leading figures in the field including Dr Bessel van der Kolk, Dr Stephen Porges, Deb Dana, and Dr Arielle Schwartz. This shapes how I hold space — carefully, at your pace, and always with your nervous system in mind.

Neurodiversity-affirming, from the inside

Alongside my professional training, I bring lived experience of neurodivergence and specialist knowledge of working with neurodivergent adults and young people. If you're wondering whether coaching can fit a mind that works differently, the answer is yes — and I'll meet you where you are.

A scientific foundation

My degree and early career were in physiology research, and I'm a published scientific author. The body has always been my subject. That grounding shapes how I work now: curious, evidence-informed, and deeply respectful of what the body can tell us when we learn to listen.
